on the estate will sell for between £120-125k so it is priced competitively.
You
should expect to achieve around £550-575pcm, working on a purchase price of
£115k you are looking at a yield of around 5.7-6.0%. Although the yield isn't
that exciting, we generally find that rental properties don't come up that often
in this area, so once tenants secure a property on the estate they tend to stay
put.
We
have had one tenant on Teesdale Road for 4 years, and another tenant on Darwin
Road for 10 years!
